Pony 3rd Person Character Controller

This is my failed attempt to make an animated pony 3rd person controller. I need to redo the walking animation and how I implemented to root motion. I also have no idea how to maker her turn properly. I need to learn more stuff before I can do this properly. 

Controls: 

• Mouse to orbit character
• WASD to move
